About the Division of Insurance


The Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI) regulates the insurance industry in Colorado, including health, auto, homeowners, life and title insurance, as well as pre-need funeral contracts, and enforces Colorado insurance laws regulating the bail bonding industry.
