What type of insurance filings can be accessed?

Property and Casualty

Filings for property and casualty insurance include, but are not limited to, the following lines of insurance:  personal automobile; homeowners; workers’ compensation; commercial liability; title; and commercial automobile.

Life, Accident and Health

Filings for life, accident and health insurance include, but are not limited to, the following lines of insurance:  life, health benefit plans (HMO, EPO, PPO and major medical), Supplement (such as Medicare Supplement and Tricare Supplement), Long Term Care, Disability Income, Stop Loss (Health), Viatical Settlements and Limited Benefit (such as Accident, Dread Disease, Hospital Indemnity) and all other lines of health coverage.

  • If you have limited access to the internet, you can look up filings using the computer kiosks available in DORA's Welcome Center at 1560 Broadway, in the main lobby of the building.
