Sign-Up for Division of Insurance Email Lists

Information & Instructions


Consumers, interested stakeholders, insurance producers, insurance company personnel and any other members of the public can sign up to receive emails from the Division of Insurance (DOI) part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

All divisions in DORA use the GovDelivery platform for sending emails to their various mailing lists. This is a self-service platform, as the user not only chooses to be part of the list, but also chooses which lists within the DOI (or throughout all of DORA) to be a part of. 

Use the button below to begin the process to subscribe to DOI Emails. On the next page you will need to choose “Email” as the subscription type and then enter your email address. 


Once you enter your email address and click “submit,” you will be taken to the page where you can select which email lists you wish to subscribe to. Below are a few of the options you will see, but there are many more.  

  • Division of Insurance emails in the following categories: Notices of rulemaking hearings, Bulletin activity, News releases, and External review and notifications (for draft regulations & bulletins the DOI sends out for informal comment)
  • News & Updates from DORA, such as news releases or community event notices from all divisions in DORA
  • News releases, notices of public meetings and rules updates from other divisions in DORA such as the Division of Banking, Division of Real Estate, Division of Professions & Occupations or the Colorado Civil Rights Division. 

After you make your choices, click “submit.”
