The Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI) is organizing a series of stakeholder meetings to discuss two important measures passed during the 2024 legislative session: HB24-1315 and HB24-1108.
HB24-1315: This legislation focuses on a study to establish standards for the remediation of residential properties damaged by fire. It aims to ensure that fire-damaged homes are restored to safe and habitable conditions.
