For the Pharmacists and Stakeholder Community, the Division of Insurance has launched a new complaint process and form to help address concerns related to pharmacy benefit manager's (PBMs) conduct that may be in violation of State law. If you are experiencing issues, you may now submit a complaint through our updated system using the new online form.

The Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI) has the authority to enforce statutory requirements regarding Pharmacy Benefit Management Firms (PBMs), as granted by HB23-1227 Enforce Laws Against Pharmacy Benefit Managers. The DOI assists individuals and pharmacies with concerns related to PBM business practices and conduct that may be in violation of state law.
