The Division would like to provide notice that it has adopted a newly updated version of Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-81. The revised version of the regulation released on May 5th included changes to Appendix A due to mental health parity and the final federal AVC. However, the Division subsequently discovered an error in the family maximum out-of-pocket maximum (MOOP) for the Silver (94% AV) Standardized Plan 2023, which has now been corrected. Additional changes were also needed to replace outdated language in other sections of the regulation.
This updated version of the regulation, linked below and now posted on the Division's website, reflects these changes.
This regulation will still become effective on June 30, 2022.
