The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements for the registration of providers of service contracts pursuant to the requirements of § 10-4-1603(9)(b), C.R.S.

The purpose of this regulation is to establish rules for implementing Colorado’s small group laws. This regulation concerns the applicability and scope of the small group provisions; carriers’ obligations to provide coverage; employee eligibility requirements; the use of restrictive riders; rules relating to fair marketing; and carrier disclosure requirements.
This regulation will become effective on May 30, 2022.
The purpose of this regulation is to provide carriers with the policyholder notice templates for plans that are being modified through the reasonable modifications process in accordance with Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-27, being discontinued in accordance with Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-51, or being continued without modification.
