The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers with guidance needed to comply with the new requirements of the Colorado Option Standardized Plans pursuant to Colorado Insurance Regulations 4-2-80 and Colorado Emergency Regulation 21-E-16..
This bulletin was adopted on March 7, 2022.
