The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers with guidance needed to comply with the
requirements of Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-3-1 regarding the guaranteed issue period for consumers losing Medicaid coverage due to the end of the Federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.

This bulletin was adopted on May 2, 2023.
