The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers with guidance needed to comply with the diabetic supplies coverage requirements of the Colorado Option Standardized Plans pursuant to Colorado Emergency Regulation 23-E-01 and Amended Regulation 4-2-81.
This bulletin was adopted on May 12, 2023.
