The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following bulletin:
The Division has received inquiries from life insurers regarding the requirement specified in Section 5.A.10. of Colorado Insurance Regulation 10-1-1 to include a description of the quantitative testing conducted to detect unfair discrimination in the annual report due December 1, 2024. Life insurers are requesting guidance due to the fact that the Division has not yet adopted rules establishing the required quantitative testing. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide the requested guidance.
