The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following bulletins:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers and consumers with, as of its issue date, the most recent “USPSTF A and B Recommendations”, published by the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Women’s Preventive Services Guidelines, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and the preventive services coverages required by Colorado law, as well as guidance as to when those recommendations must be implemented. This bulletin has been revised to update preventive services coverage requirements in accordance with USPSTF recommendations and state law.
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide information to consumers regarding the requirements of HB 22-1289 to provide notice to pregnant individuals eligible for a new Special Enrollment Period (SEP) beginning on January 1, 2024.
