Complaints filed with the Commissioner of Insurance concerning Colorado Option Public Hearings, pursuant to section 10-16-1306, C.R.S., and Regulation 4-2-92, have been posted on the Division of Insurance’s Colorado Option Public Hearings website, accessed via the button below. Additional complaints may be filed in accordance with Reg. 4-9-92.
Colorado Option Public Hearings Website
All public pleadings and documents in these Public Hearings, including future complaints, can be found here and will be updated upon receipt. The website also contains the insurance carriers’ filings for their 2024 Colorado Option plans for both the individual market and the small group market.
As a reminder, all requests to be admitted as an additional party to a particular public hearing must be filed with the Colorado Insurance Commissioner within seven (7) days from the date the relevant complaint is posted on the Division’s website. Reg. 4-2-92, § 7.A.5.a. Any such request must comply with Regulation 4-2-92, § 7.A.5.b., be filed with the Commissioner, and served on all parties to the public hearing. The following form is provided to assist with making such a request.
