NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.

Regulation 4-10-01 was scheduled for a hearing on January 30, this is notice the regulation will now be heard on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:00 am.

Submit Comments: Oral comments will be taken from participants who are present via webinar. If you cannot make the meeting virtually or wish to make written comments rather than speaking, you may email your written comments to DOI Rules and Records by 5 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2024, for review and consideration.

In addition, an updated Reporting Template for DRAFT Proposed New Regulation 4-10-01 has been posted on the Division's Health Care Sharing Plans or Arrangements website. Comments on the updated Reporting Template may be submitted to the Division via email at DORA_INS_rulesandrecords@state.co.us until Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

All rules noticed for hearing can be found by on the Division's Notice of Rulemaking Hearings & Proposed Regulations website.

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing.  These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”).  Please send all comments, questions, and requests for information to the Division via email to DORA_INS_rulesandrecords@state.co.us.  Please reference the draft regulation number and title in the subject line.
