Notice of Virtual Hearing for 2023 NCCI Loss Cost Filing - October 18, 2022, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 10-4-406(2), the Commissioner of Insurance (“Commissioner”) hereby places the Colorado Advisory Loss Costs and Rating Values Filing (“Filing”) submitted by NCCI with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2023, on file for public inspection. The Filing shall remain on file for fifteen days and shall not be approved, disapproved, or become effective during such fifteen-day period except after a public hearing. Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 10-4-406(2.5) and (3.5), the Commissioner requested that the filing undergo an actuarial review – the results of which will also be placed on file. The Filing and accompanying actuarial review may be found for inspection on the Division's Workers' Compensation website, in the "2023" section.

Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 10-4-406(2) and 10-2-407(1), the Commissioner has determined that it is in the public’s interest to hold a public hearing to determine whether the Filing meets the requirements of Title 10, Part 4.

Accordingly, the Commissioner hereby gives notice that such a public hearing shall be held on October 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. 

This will be a virtual meeting and attendees must register to attend. Once you register you will be send additional information on joining the meeting.
