2025 Loss Cost Hearing – NCCI Annual Filing

Notice of Hearing and Public Inspection of Filing and Actuarial Review

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 10-4-406(2), the Commissioner of Insurance (“Commissioner”) hereby places the Colorado Advisory Loss Costs and Rating Values Filing (“Filing”) submitted by NCCI with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2025 on file for public inspection. The Filing shall remain on file for fifteen days and shall not be approved, disapproved, or become effective during such fifteen-day period except after a public hearing. Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 10-4-406(2.5) and (3.5), the Commissioner requested that the filing undergo an actuarial review – the results of which will also be placed on file. The Filing and accompanying actuarial review may be found for inspection on the Division's Workers' Compensation website, in the "2025" section.  

Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 10-4-406(2) and 10-2-407(1), the Commissioner has determined that it is in the public’s interest to hold a public hearing to determine whether the Filing meets the requirements of Title 10, Part 4.

Accordingly, the Commissioner hereby gives notice that such a public hearing shall be held on October 1, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The public hearing will be conducted virtually, and attendees must register to attend. Once you register, you will be sent additional information on joining the meeting. Interested stakeholders can register for the hearing by clicking on the following button:

The documents pertaining to this hearing can be found on the Division's Workers' Compensation website. Attendees will be able to comment via audio or via written comments through the Zoom meeting platform.
