Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Prescription Drug Affordability Board.
The Prescription Drug Affordability Board will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM via webinar or at the Colorado Division of Insurance if the Public Health Emergency is ended by the date of the hearing.
