NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.
The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM via webinar.
Submit Comments: Oral comments will be taken from participants who are present via webinar. If you cannot make the meeting virtually or wish to make written comments rather than speaking, you may email your written comments to DOI Rules and Records by 5 PM, Friday, January 17, 2025, for review and consideration.

- DRAFT Proposed New Regulation 4-2-103 Concerning Transparency in Coverage Reporting Requirements
- DRAFT Proposed Amended Regulation 5-2-16 Disclosure Requirements for Private Passenger Automobile Policies

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing. These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”). Please reference the draft regulation number and title in the subject line.
