NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.
The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on January 5, 2021 at 10 a.m. via webinar or at Colorado Division of Insurance if the Public Health Emergency is ended by the date of the hearing.

The following rules are proposed to be heard:

- Proposed Amended Regulation 4-2-17 - Prompt Investigation of Health Claims Involving Utilization Review and Denial of Benefits and Rules Related to Internal Claims and Appeals Processes
- Proposed Amended Regulation 4-3-1 - Minimum Standards for Medicare Supplement Policies
- Proposed Amended Regulation 7-1-1 - Registration Requirements, Fees for Cash-Bonding Agents and Professional Cash-Bail Agents

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing. These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”).
