NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.
The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 11 AM via webinar or at the Colorado Division of Insurance if the Public Health Emergency is ended by the date of the hearing.

A written comment period will be permitted for three business days after the public hearing. These written comments shall be available for public inspection at the Division of Insurance (“Division”).
