The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed amended regulation:
The purpose of this regulation is to interpret and implement the provisions of ยงยง 10-4-111(1) and (5), 10- 4-123 and 10-4-636, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, to provide summary disclosure requirements and the summary disclosure form in English and the summary document form in Spanish for private passenger automobile insurance.
This version replaces the revision published on May 8, 2025 to include the correct version of Appendix D. This revised draft regulation includes the updated Appendix D with the proposed changes
