The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed amended regulation:
The purpose of this regulation is to promulgate rules concerning the uniform individual and small group health benefit plan applications.
This regulation is being amended to include fields allowing the collection of a dependent child's address if the address is different from the individual applying for coverage.
The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us no later than 5 PM, July 28, 2021.
