The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed amended regulation:
The purpose of this regulation is to establish rules for carriers regarding non-discriminatory cost-sharing and tiering requirements for prescription drugs.
This regulation is being amended to clarify the tier levels used in the carrier’s formulary, expanding the requirements of the copayment only structures, and better defining the service area methodology.
