The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed amended regulation:
The purpose of this regulation is to interpret and implement the provisions of Part 6 of Article 4 of Title 10 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. In addition, this regulation provides rules governing the rejection of coverage, cancellation, nonrenewal, increase in premium, and reduction in coverage on complying policies of automobile insurance.
The regulation is being amended to make changes to the definition of "usage based insurance" and add additional information concerning SR-22's and SR-26 forms.
The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us no later than 12 PM, November 15, 2021.
