The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed regulation and bulletins:

The purpose of this regulation is to interpret and implement the provisions of §§ 10-4-111(1) and (5), 10-4-123 and 10-4-636, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, to provide summary disclosure requirements and the summary disclosure forms in English and in Spanish for private passenger automobile insurance.

Reduced benefit options (RBOs) are choices provided to long-term care policyholders regarding modifications to long-term care insurance contract benefits when the policyholder’s policy is no longer affordable due to premium rate increases. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers with guidance on minimum standards for Reduced Benefit Options.

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide clarification of the Colorado Division of Insurance’s (“Division”) position regarding insurer’s payment of registration fees following the total loss of a motor vehicle.
