The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed amended regulations:
The purpose of this regulation is to establish procedures for the submission of reasonable modifications to grandfathered individual and small group health benefit plans, to non-grandfathered individual and small group health benefit plans, as outlined in § 10-16-105.1(5), C.R.S.
The purpose of this regulation is to establish rules for implementing Colorado’s small group laws. This regulation concerns the applicability and scope of the small group provisions; carriers’ obligations to provide coverage; employee eligibility requirements; the use of restrictive riders; rules relating to fair marketing; and carrier disclosure requirements.
These regulations are being amended to address technical edits recommended by the Office of Legislative Legal Services.
The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions under which health coverage plans implement the requirements found at § 10-16-151, C.R.S.
This regulation is being amended to make changes based on HB21-1307, Prescription Insulin Pricing and Access.
