The Division is seeking informal comments on the following DRAFT proposed new bulletin:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide carriers with the necessary information to complete their application to participate in the non-grandfathered individual and small group markets.
This bulletin is intended for carriers who market and issue non-grandfathered individual and small group health benefit plans that are subject to Colorado laws and regulations. This bulletin does not apply to large group, student health plans or short-term limited duration plans.
The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us no later than 5 PM, March 17, 2021.
