The Division is seeking informal comments on the following DRAFT proposed new bulletin:
The purpose of this Bulletin is to provide guidance to carriers issuing small group and individual health benefit plans regarding the coverage of diabetic supplies in Colorado Option Standardized Plans.
The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted no later than 5 PM, March 21, 2023, to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us.
