Request for Comment on DRAFT Proposed New Bulletin B-4.1XX Concerning Coverage of COVID-19 Vaccines after the End of the Public Health Emergency and Repeal of Regulation 4-2-90 Concerning Coverage of COVID-19 Vaccines

The Division is seeking informal comments on the following DRAFT proposed new bulletin:

• DRAFT Proposed New Bulletin B-4.1XX Concerning Coverage of COVID-19 Vaccines after the End of the Public Health Emergency

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide guidance regarding health insurance coverage of COVID-19 vaccines after the end of the national COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023.

Additionally, the Division is seeking informal comments on the repeal of the following regulation:

• Regulation 4-2-90 Concerning Coverage for COVID-19 Vaccines

This regulation is being repealed due to the end of the national COVID-19 PHE on May 11, 2023. The Division's updated guidance on COVID-19 vaccine coverage is reflected in the proposed bulletin.

The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted no later than 5 PM, May 16th, 2023, to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us.
