The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed new regulation:
The purpose of this regulation is to establish requirements for coverage for infertility treatment and preservation services for a covered person pursuant to ยง 10-16-104(23).
The Division is requesting informal comments be submitted to DORA_INS_RulesandRecords@state.co.us no later than 5 PM, August 3, 2021.
