The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed regulation:

• DRAFT Proposed New Regulation 4-2-XX Concerning Primary Care Alternative Payment Model Parameters

The purpose of the regulation is to establish alternative payment model parameters for primary care services offered through health benefit plans pursuant to § 10-16-157(3)(a)(I), C.R.S.
