The Division is seeking comments on the following draft proposed repeals:
The purpose of this regulation is to establish reporting requirements and rules for commercial and/or personal automobile insurers who receive requests from claimants, or a claimant’s attorney, for automobile policy information to ensure compliance with the requirements of § 10-3-1117, C.R.S.
The purpose of this Bulletin is to provide guidance on how to send a request to the Division of Insurance for automobile policy information when the Division of Insurance is the registered agent of the automobile insurer, and to provide claimants and attorneys representing claimants with the process to be used when requesting automobile policy information pursuant to § 10-3-1117, C.R.S.
The purpose of this Bulletin is to provide guidance to Insurers concerning the Division’s process for handling requests for automobile policy information, when the Division of Insurance is the registered agent of the automobile insurer.
These bulletins and regulation are being repealed as they are no longer necessary. They were issued as industry guidance at the passage of § 10-3-1117, C.R.S., and such guidance is no longer needed.
