The Division is RESCHEDULING the third stakeholder meeting regarding Unfair Discrimination in Insurance Practices. The meeting initially scheduled for Thursday, June 2, 2022, is being cancelled, and will now be held on July 8, 2022, from 11:00 - 12:30 pm MT.
Earlier this year, the Division announced underwriting practices in life insurance as the initial area of focus. Interested stakeholders can register for this rescheduled meeting by clicking on the button below.

All interested stakeholders - including insurance companies, insurance agents/producers, consumer representatives, and other interested parties - are invited to participate. Materials for all meetings (past and upcoming) will be available on the Division's SB21-169 - Protecting Consumers from Unfair Discrimination in Insurance Practices website. A meeting agenda for July 8 will be posted in advance of the meeting.
