Colorado Option Stakeholder Meetings July 27 & August 17 - Public Hearings: Establishing Provider Reimbursement Rates
The Division is holding public meetings to discuss the provider reimbursement rate setting methodology that could be an outcome of a public hearing if a carrier is unable to meet their premium rate reduction requirement starting for plan year 2024. This meeting will focus on reviewing the requirements outlined in HB21-1232 and identifying open questions for stakeholder feedback. There will be time for public comment.

Colorado Option Advisory Board Meetings: August - December 2022

Standard Plan Meeting: Wednesday, September 21 from 3:00 -5:00 pm
This meeting will review the 2023 Standard Plan filings and review any necessary regulatory changes for the 2024 plan year. There will be time for public comment.
