The Division will host a stakeholder meeting to collect feedback regarding the DRAFT PROPOSED Algorithm and Predictive Model Quantitative Testing Regulation, recently released by the Division for informal comment, on October 19, 2023, from 11:00 - 12:00 pm MT. This is the Division's initial draft regulation to establish quantitative testing requirements for algorithms and predictive models used in life insurance underwriting, in relation to the implementation of Senate Bill 21-169.
