The Division will be hosting a stakeholder meeting regarding Unfair Discrimination in Insurance Practices, focusing on underwriting practices in private passenger auto insurance, on November 2, 2023, from 10:00 - 11:00 am MT. The law directs the Insurance Commissioner to hold stakeholder meetings prior to the adoption of any rules.
