Out-of-Network Utilization Reports as Required by HB19-1174

Under HB19-1174, Colorado health insurance companies are required to report to the Division of Insurance the use of out-of-network providers and facilities by covered members, and the impact on premium affordability. The Division is also required to report the number of arbitrations filed, settled, arbitrated, and dismissed .
