January 20, 2026 - Between January 7 and January 8, unleaded gasoline contaminated with diesel fuel was sent to numerous gas stations in the Denver Metro Area. If your vehicle was affected by this contaminated gasoline and you are having trouble with a claim with your insurance company, please contact the Division of Insurance for assistance.
December 18, 2025 - Today, the Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), announced that it was granted enforcement authority over federal Transparency in Coverage (TiC) requirements by the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight within the Department of Health and Human Services.
