The Division of Insurance is holding two public, virtual meetings about the 1332 Waiver process in relation to the Colorado Option: Nov. 9, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., and another on Nov. 10, 2021, also from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. All interested stakeholders are invited.
The purpose of the meetings is for the DOI to provide information on the federal Section 1332 waiver that the Division will request for the Colorado Option. At the meetings, the DOI will provide an overview of the Colorado Option, as well as review the process for submitting a 1332 waiver.
These meetings will also provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and submit comments regarding the Colorado Option and 1332 waiver.
These will be virtual meetings only (via Zoom) and attendees must register to attend. Each meeting will cover the same information, so there is no need to attend both.
