The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletin:
On June 6, Governor Polis signed Senate Bill 22-040 (SB 22-040), which requires members of the General Assembly who wish to request an actuarial review of a legislative proposal involving a new health benefit coverage mandate or reduces or eliminates coverage mandated under health benefit plans to submit such requests to the Division. This bulletin outlines the process for submitting such legislative proposals to the Division, and the Division’s process for reviewing and notifying legislators of proposals that have been selected for actuarial review.
This bulletin was adopted on August 26, 2022.
