Notice of Adoption - New Bulletins B-4.146 Policy Directives for Coverage of Preventive Breast Cancer Screening Studies and B-4.147 Concerning Annual Certification Requirements for the Private Plan Insurance Carriers of the FAMLI Program

The Division would like to provide notice that the Commissioner has adopted the following new bulletins:

• New Bulletin B-4.146 Policy Directives for Coverage of Preventive Breast Cancer Screening Studies

The purpose of this regulation is to interpret and implement the provisions of §§ 10-4-111(1) and (5), 10-4-123 and 10-4-636, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, to provide summary disclosure requirements and the summary disclosure form in English and the summary document form in Spanish for private passenger automobile insurance.

• New Bulletin B-4.147 Concerning Annual Certification Requirements for the Private Plan Insurance Carriers of the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) Program

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide information to insurance carriers regarding the form filing and Annual certification requirements for short-term disability insurance products that Colorado employers can purchase to provide benefits in accordance with section 8-13.3-521(2)(c), C.R.S. as part of the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program.

These bulletins are effective on February 6, 2025.
