The Division would like to notify interested stakeholders that the Commissioner of Insurance has adopted the following emergency regulation:
The purpose of this emergency regulation is to repeal Emergency Regulation 22-E-05 Concerning the Methodology for Calculating Premium Rate Reductions for Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans. This regulation is being repealed because the Division has adopted Regulation 4-2-85 Concerning the Methodology for Calculating Premium Rate Reductions for Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plans to replace Emergency Regulation 22-E-05.
The Division would also like to notify interested stakeholders that the Commissioner of Insurance has adopted the following emergency regulation:
The purpose of this emergency regulation is to repeal Emergency Regulation 22-E-08 Concerning Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plan. This regulation is being repealed because the Division has adopted Regulation 4-2-81 Concerning the Colorado Option Standardized Health Benefit Plan to replace Emergency Regulation 22-E-08.
These emergency regulations are effective May 17, 2022.
