NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 24-4-103(3)(a), C.R.S., that a public rulemaking hearing will be held before the Colorado Commissioner of Insurance.
The Division of Insurance will hold a VIRTUAL Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 1:00 PM via webinar or at the Colorado Division of Insurance if the Public Health Emergency is ended by the date of the hearing.
